The Inner Harbor and Fells Point are under water today, as the surge from the storm and the tide combined to put parts of town six feet under. Personally, I wouldn't advise wading in this stuff, given how polluted the harbor is (there's a chromium Superfund site down between the Inner Harbor and Fells Point, and there's probably enough other pollutants to warrant a tetanus shot if you ingest any of that water).

Isabela beat me down to dialup speed
The lights are flickering, my cable is out and so is my cable modem. I shot some video of trees bowing to the wind from Isabela, but there's no reasonable way to upload it as I'm now stuck with dialup as my connection to the outside world of last resort. Fortunately, I picked up an Earthlink CD at OfficeMax the other day, else I'd be totally dead in the water.
The stop sign at the end of the street is epileptic. The rain came down hard for a while, but it comes now in fits and starts.
