GSA wants to know if you'll friend it on Facebook

The GSA wants to know if citizens want to get their federal information via YouTube, Facebook and other social media. Given that, as I blogged, YouTube is close to being GSA-legal for agencies to use, it would seem that a survey is sort of moot — shouldn’t GSA just give agencies the means to get to citizens and just get out of the way?
