For those who got tired of waiting for a Verizon iPhone, Verizon is offering a “sorry” of sorts.  Initially, the company said it would take up to $200 off the price of the phone for those who have recently purchased a different smartphone from the wireless provider.  But that wasn’t as good of a deal as it sounds.
