“Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Michael A. Brown has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral. Brown is currently serving as assistant deputy director, Joint Interagency Cyber Task Force, Office of the Director of National Intelligence/deputy assistant secretary for cyber security and communications, National Protection and Programs, Directorate of the DHS, Arlington, Va.”
